Have you been wanting to workout, or maybe join a gym or some exercise classes, but just don’t have the time?  Well, I’ve found a great site, an Online Gym, where you can download or stream workout videos from the privacy of your own home!  Workouts On Demand offers an exclusive library of over 210 gym-style workout videos.  There’s something for everyone.  I’ve found everything from Yoga to Cardio Dance and Kickboxing!  Membership starts at just $9.99 a month for a Basic Membership Plan.

I love that in addition to longer workouts they also offer express workouts for those who don’t have a lot of time to get a workout in.  I tried a few of the express workouts and they were great. The workout made made me realize that I really need to get back in shape!  I really enjoyed the Yoga videos most and can see myself doing one of those every day.  The great thing about Workouts on Demand is you can schedule your workout for whenever you like.
