3 ways to SAVE money & get CASH Back on your online purchases

I love to shop, but I don’t like to spend! Because of this, whenever I shop I always try to shop wisely and spend as little as possible. There are three things I always do to get the best prices when shopping online.

1. Do a google search for coupon codes. You can usually find a coupon code if you search. There are websites like scubby that post articles to help people find coupons and cashback offers on shopping apps. A little hunting on Google and other search engines should be enough. You’ll often find coupon codes for free shipping or a certain percentage off your order. I also check the retailer’s Facebook page where you may find special deals. Keep in mind that using coupons can prove to be more cost-effective when you deal with second-hand products. The coupons can help with used stuff bargains and ensure that you get products at the most affordable prices.

2. Use a rewards credit card. I get points for each dollar spent and I redeem those points for a check when I earn $100. I have the Amazon.com Rewards Visa Card which gives me 1 point per dollar on most purchases, 2 points per dollar for gas and dining, and 3 points per dollar for all purchases made at Amazon.com. I shop on Amazon a lot, and ebates doesn’t offer cash back on Amazon purchases, so it’s great to be able to earn points with my rewards card. You can probably even find such rewards or points systems for any debit or credit card that you use, and you should be able to shop on most websites-be it TEN10 Apparel or Macy’s, or even Walmart-and get some reward points on it.

3. Shop through Ebates. By shopping through Ebates I get cash back on my purchases. The amount you get back varies depending on the store you’re shopping at. You can also find coupon codes on ebates. I’m so happy to have found out about Ebates. I love getting cash back on my purchases. If you do any shopping online, Ebates is a must!

Here’s an example of how I used these tips to get a great deal on an iPad 2

The iPad 2 was $41 off the regular price of $499 on Black Friday from the apple store. I did a lot of searching through google to find the best deal. I shopped through ebates and got 2% (a little over $9) cash back on my purchase at the apple store online. I used my Amazon credit card and got another 1 point per dollar back (about $4). So by using these tips I got the iPad 2 for about $445, a savings of over $50! And, by shopping online I saved on gas as well!
