If only there were more hours in a day! Like many other mothers out there, my days are busy. With so much to do, and so little time, I love finding ways to make dinner time easier. On days I know I won't have time to prepare dinner for my family, I often use my crockpot. It's one of those things I think everyone should own. I've put mine through a lot of use, and I can't imagine life without it! One of my favorite crockpot meals is Cranberry Pork Chops & Stuffing. It's a delicious meal that's so simple to prepare. RECIPE: Thick & Chewy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Some people like their cookies crunchy, I like mine soft and chewy! I've tried a lot of different recipes for chewy oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, and had yet to find the perfect one, until today! These cookies are good! They are not only chewy, but nice and thick too. I've tried making thick cookies in the past, but they usually ended up flattening out as they baked. These cookies stay nice and fat, and they are soft with just a little bit of crunch at the tops. Yum!I got the recipe over at Beautiful Disasters. I looked through a few recipes after doing a google search for "thick and Keep reading...
RECIPE: Easy Peach Dump Cake
Okay, so a "dump cake" doesn't sound like the tastiest dessert, but trust me, it IS! I found the idea for this recipe through Pinterest, but as always, I changed up the recipe a bit. This dessert is DELICIOUS, and one of the easiest desserts I've ever made! It's my new favorite. I suggest serving it warm. I re-heated the leftovers in the microwave and had it with some vanilla frozen yogurt. I was so anxious to eat it, that I completely forgot to take a picture of it with the frozen yogurt. As you can see, by the time I took the pic, half the pan was already gone! Everyone loved it, Keep reading...
RECIPE: Cookie Dough Brownies
I LOVE cookie dough so when I came across these Cookie Dough Brownies on Pinterest I knew I just had to make them! Instead of making the brownies from scratch I decided to use a box of brownie mix I had in my pantry. Once I got the brownies in the oven I started with the cookie dough. There are no eggs in this cookie dough recipe, so it's definetely safe to eat! They came out great. At first, the cookie dough was a little too sweet for me, so I added a little extra flour to it. I may just use a little less sugar the next time I make it. The recipe comes from Recipe Girl. You might want Keep reading...

RECIPE- Cheeseburger Muffins
I made these Cheeseburger Muffins this past weekend and they came out great. I found the recipe on Food.com, but I changed it up a little. I didn't have prepared mustard, so I just left it out. I also doubled the amount of cheese and used a pound of ground turkey instead of the ground beef. I made them in a regular sized muffin pan instead of the minis and it made a little over 3 dozen muffins! My hubby & daughter dipped their's in ketchup, but I liked mine just the way it is. I freezed our leftovers and plan to pack it my my daughter's lunch box. This is definetely a recipe i'll Keep reading...
