So Sorry! I’m having the same problem too when using Internet Explorer. Are you on Internet Explorer? I switched to Firefox and it worked! Maybe you can try that. Or maybe even Google Chrome. Not exactly sure why this is happening, hope it gets fixed soon! SORRY!

My Honey/Hubby & Me would share it – but since he is stuck sitting (or standing) on commuter trains for long hours five days a week – I would give him top priority whenever he want to use it – which will be A LOT!
