Toy Story Slinky Dog Barking Flashlight

 

I love all of Disney Pixar’s Toy Story movies! How about you? It’s one of the few movies I don’t mind watching over and over again. My kids love it too. It’s one of Disney’s classics, that’ll be enjoyed for years to come. If you ever watched Toy Story, you’ll most likely remember the Slinky Dog (also known as Slinky, Slink or Slinkykins). Do you? He’s such a great character in the movie, and he’s super cute too!

I just received the most adorable thing from Alex Toys. It’s a Slinky Dog Barking Flashlight. The dog looks just like Slinky from the movie, minus his actual “slinky” body. He’s made of plastic with a vinyl material for his ears. When you press and squeeze on his tail, Slinky’s mouth opens up. He then lets out a bark and the flashlight turns on. After three continuous barks, he stops, but once you let go of the light and press it again, he’ll bark some more. His bark is a little loud. At this point it doesn’t bother me so much, but if my daughter decides to continuously make him bark, which I believe she will at some point, It may get a little annoying.

The flashlight is surprisingly bright and offers a great amount of light. Kids will love using it when night falls. It’s the perfect flashlight to take along on camping trips, for kids to keep by their bedside in case they need to get up in the middle of the night, or just to explore in the dark.

 

 

The Toy Story Slinky Dog Barking Flashlight will make a great gift for any little boy or girl, especially those who love the Toy Story movies. I’m sure one of their favorite features will be the fact that he barks. So far, it seems pretty durable and well-made.
