I like to make these Easy No Bake Energy Bites because they're yummy, healthy and oh so easy! They also satisfy my sweet tooth when I want something sweet without the guilt. I can never stop at just one. I sometimes use Almond Butter instead of Peanut Butter. You could also add some Dark Chocolate Chips, roll it in Shredded Coconut, or add some honey if you like it sweeter! The good thing about this recipe is that the variations are endless!
