I haven't been making the bestfood choices lately. I love food, and tend to eat a lot of it, especially when it's right in front of me! Desserts are my absolute weakness. When it comes to sweets, I just can't say, "No"! The Holidays seem to be a time when all we do is eat! From Thanksgiving, on through Christmas then New Year's. All the Holiday parties bring lots of food. Then, there's my husbands reasoning that we may as well eat all that we want now, and start fresh for the New Year.
