The pull handles are a great feature as it helps little ones get their boots on all by themselves! This particular style is covered in white polka dots. It features a 3D Bow on the top side and a Hello Kitty face at the toe area. The sparkle infused rubber trim adds a little glitz making these the perfect pair for any little girl.
