I normally don’t put much thought into wrapping Christmas Gifts. I just purchase some nice wrapping paper and get to it, finishing up one roll of wrapping paper then starting on the next. This year, I came up with a new idea, and I’m so happy I did!
Under our Christmas tree you’ll find gifts for my two girls, my husband and other friends and family. Both of my daughters and my husband all have their gifts wrapped in their own wrapping paper! A simple idea, but one I never thought of doing all these years. I’m sure I’m not the only one who hasn’t thought to do this, or am I? Gifts for our friends and family all use the same paper. So, all together I have four types of different wrapping paper under the tree.
Why is this a good idea?
Having different wrapping paper allows the kids to easily find their presents. It’ll be so much easier passing out the gifts on Christmas morning. We normally hand out our friends and families gifts at our annual Christmas Eve party. It normally takes quite some time digging through all the gifts to find the ones that are meant to be given. Now that they’ll all be wrapped alike, I can easily find them under the tree.
I found some beautiful Christmas wrapping paper at Paper Mart. They have such a great selection on their site, you’re sure to find some styles you love. I browsed through the selection and chose two styles that I thought would be perfect for each of my daughters. I ended up with the adorable “All Wrapped Up” design which features cute bears, trees and birds. It’s perfect for my six year old. When I chose it, I figured she’d love it, and she does! For my older daughter I went with the “Whimsical Animals” print which is a more “grown up” look while still being fun and stylish. It’s a bright green wrap featuring reindeer, Christmas trees, and birds. It’s a truly lovely design.
I found the wrapping paper from Paper Mart to be of excellent quality. It’s thick, and doesn’t rip too easily like the low quality wrapping paper I’ve purchased in the pass. I’d definitely recommend Paper Mart for all your Christmas Wrapping needs.
