I recently discovered “Quiet Books”, and I found them to be quite interesting! They are books that are meant to keep children entertained and “quiet”. They include all sorts of little activities for children to do, some of which help to build certain skills such as zipping a zipper or tying a shoelace.
I found a shop on etsy which sells quiet books, it’s called Felt Party. I was given a “one pager” to review. A one pager is basically just that. The quiet book I received featured a fish bowl with fish and seaweed, as well as a pocket holding a sheet of stickers inside! It’s is nicely made using felt. Children can keep busy placing the fish and seaweed inside the fish bowl as well as on the feltpage itself. We did find it a little hard to get the seaweed in the bowl, but itstill works great on the feltpage! I wish I were creative enough to make a quiet book on my own! If you’re looking for something to keep your children entertained, definetely look into these quiet books. They are perfect for car rides and waiting rooms!

What a cute idea! My kids used to love to play with felt boards…how fun to have that same concept in a small, easy-to-take-with format!
