I made these Cheeseburger Muffins this past weekend and they came out great. I found the recipe on Food.com, but I changed it up a little. I didn't have prepared mustard, so I just left it out. I also doubled the amount of cheese and used a pound of ground turkey instead of the ground beef. I made them in a regular sized muffin pan instead of the minis and it made a little over 3 dozen muffins! My hubby & daughter dipped their's in ketchup, but I liked mine just the way it is. I freezed our leftovers and plan to pack it my my daughter's lunch box. This is definetely a recipe i'll Keep reading...
