I was selected to host a “The Happy’s Playdate” MommyParty. I love having parties for the girls because they always have so much fun! It’s a great chance to get together with friends and family to play and enjoy each others company.
The Happy’s are a fun line of pets that love to play with you! They really are cute, and the kids all loved them.
Since we were having some friends and family over for Easter, I decided to hold our party on Easter Sunday to add to the Easter festivities. After our lovely Easter brunch I gathered the kids around to make their own animal ear headbands. I pre-cut the ears for the younger kids. They were able to get creative and decorate the ears as they wished. The Happy’s line of toys includes puppy’s and kitties, but since it was Easter, some of the kids decided to make bunny ears!
After everyone made their ears it was time to open up The Happy’s Pets and ball that we received in our party kit. The kids were overly excited as they anxiously waited for me to get the pets out of their boxes. Next time, i’ll have to remember to be sure all toys are ready to play with because it can be very hard for kids to wait patiently. Once all the pets were out of their boxes we tried them out. There’s a button on their back which will get them moving, and boy do they move! The pets zoomed around and so did the kids. It was quite a frenzy! I eventually got the kids to sit so we could try out the different treats. Each of the pets come with their own treat. Each treat unlocks a different trick such as pouncing, chasing their tail, wiggle, or beg.
The pets really made the kids excited, extremely excited! They really loved them and played with the pets for quite a while. I only wish I had one for each child. When I brought out the chase and play ball, it was so much fun to watch the pets interact with it. We played “keep away” by rolling the ball from child to child trying to keep it away from the pets. It was lots of fun watching the pets chase after the ball. Everyone had a great time. The Happy’s Pets really brought lots of fun, laughter and excitement to the party.
We finished off the day with some Werther’s Original Caramel Popcorn. It was the perfect snack to end our party.
Ever since the party my three year old has carried around her pet, Bentley. She even sleeps with him. The Happy’s Pets are the cutest little things. I’m pretty sure, most of the kids at the party will end up with a Happy’s pet or two of their own.

Sounds like a fun party. I love how you had the pets play keep away so the Happy Pet really chased the ball around. And kids do not know the term patience. But a lot of adults do either.

I love toys like this. It teaches them to care for a pet and to learn. I can see my kids playing with this daily. Great party!

They are so fluffy and adorable! I’d like one to have on my pillow in bed. I really like soft plushies to hug. 🙂

How fun!! I’m sure it was such a great day for the kids. I especially love that it didn’t seem to be a ton of preparation or clean up for mom!
