Back in September my husband convinced me to enter sweepstakes after he watched "High Stakes Sweepers". So, I'd stay up late at night entering sweepstakes and blog giveaways. I felt I had more of a chance with the blog giveaways, so I spent most of my time entering those. I did try for a few of the bigger sweepstakes, but never in a million years did I actually think I'd win! After entering these contests for over a month, I slowed down to entering just a few a week. It takes a lot of time, and although I did win some nice prizes, it wasn't anything really big. I won some books, Keep reading...

3 ways to SAVE money & get CASH Back on your online purchases
I love to shop, but I don't like to spend! Because of this, whenever I shop I always try to shop wisely and spend as little as possible. There are three things I always do to get the best prices when shopping online.1. Do a google search for coupon codes. You can usually find a coupon code if you search. There are websites like scubby that post articles to help people find coupons and cashback offers on shopping apps. A little hunting on Google and other search engines should be enough. You'll often find coupon codes for free shipping or a certain percentage off your order. I also check Keep reading...

RECIPE- Cheeseburger Muffins
I made these Cheeseburger Muffins this past weekend and they came out great. I found the recipe on Food.com, but I changed it up a little. I didn't have prepared mustard, so I just left it out. I also doubled the amount of cheese and used a pound of ground turkey instead of the ground beef. I made them in a regular sized muffin pan instead of the minis and it made a little over 3 dozen muffins! My hubby & daughter dipped their's in ketchup, but I liked mine just the way it is. I freezed our leftovers and plan to pack it my my daughter's lunch box. This is definetely a recipe i'll Keep reading...

As soon as we purchased my daughter's iPad I knew it was very important to get her a PROTECTIVE and durable case. I wasn't about to spend $500, and NOT have it protected. After doing some research, I finally decided on the Griffin Survivor. There weren't a whole lot of reviews on the Griffin Survivor, but I found a great video on You Tube where she reviewed the best iPad cases for kids. I also read the reviews on Amazon before making my decision. The Griffin Survivor for the iPad 2 really is a nice and durable case. It protects the iPad very well, and I don't worry about my daughter Keep reading...
iPad 2 for Kids?
I know a lot of people think we're crazy for getting our daughter her very own iPad 2 for Christmas. My hubby actually thought I was crazy when I first told him! lol. It wasn't until Black Friday that I finally talked him in to get it. We got it directly through apple, I believe it was $41 off. I also shopped through rebates and saved an extra 2% on the purchase. So it ended up being a decent deal for an iPad 2.I wanted to get her something that she'd really make use of. The way I see it is, you could spend A LOT on toys, and have them play with them once, or you can get Keep reading...
